Prior to embarking as a Real Estate Consultant, Chris served 25 years with the distinguished Singapore Airforce as a Search and Rescue pilot. Immersed in an environment where teamwork, dynamism and precision are attributes to mission success, Chris has entrenched in him with an attitude of pro-activeness, never give up, compassion and selflessness.

Having bought and sold properties of his own for more than two decades, Chris is an astute investor himself and is always researching the property market to keep himself updated and informed. With a mindset of continual learning through sharing, he never rejects opportunities to meet people, listen to them and sharing his knowledge in the areas in real estate.

Chris came from Singapore 10 years ago. With a multi-cultural background, he can relate easily to anyone. His friendly personality is matched with his ability to speak a few different languages including English, Mandarin and Cantonese. This point of difference allows him to breach the language barriers with foreign buyers and help his clients negotiate the best outcome for them.
